These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SOL Flooring website (https://solflooring.in) and any orders placed with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Policy
We do not charge any additional shipping fees for flooring, with one exception noted below.
- Customized flooring orders under 50 sq. ft. may incur additional shipping charges.
- We work with trusted shipping and logistics partners to ensure hassle-free delivery.
- Our doorstep-delivery service means your flooring is delivered to the address of your choice.
- If our shipping partners do not service your area, we'll inform you before processing your order and refund your payment in full within 5 working days.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Delivery can take a further 2-6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Order Cancellation by SOL Flooring
We may, on occasion, be unable to accept or need to cancel an order. This can happen for reasons including:
- Limitations on the quantity available for purchase.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Concerns identified by our credit and fraud-prevention checks.
If your order is cancelled, we'll contact you by phone or email. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
- Once an order is confirmed and paid for, we are unable to cancel it.
- By placing an order, you agree to accept SOL Flooring's decision regarding any cancellation request and not to dispute it.
Promotions and Offers
- Promotional offers are open to residents of India only.
- Offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- All promotions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
